We began looking at houses on Redfin and one in particular caught our eye. We requested to be contacted by an anonymous agent and somehow we were matched with Melissa. We went out to see the house and immediately realized that it was not the right one for us. We told Melissa what we were looking for a few weeks later she contacted us with an absolutely perfect house that was exactly what we were looking for! Fast forward to about a month later we are extremely excited to be moving into our new home, and we are very fortunate to have found Melissa to help guide us through the process from beginning to end! She made us feel comfortable throughout every step in finding the right home for us, and we couldn't have found a more pleasant, patient and accommodating agent to help answer all of our questions and make sure we felt confident in all of our decisions! She never tried to sell us on anything, she just immediately went to work simply taking note regarding what we were looking for and perfectly delivered on helping us find the right choice. I could go on about all the work she put into helping me but it boils down to this, if you need a realtor she is truly the best when searching for a home anything less than the best isn't worth the time and Melissa is the best!

I’ve been communicating with her for over a year and finally pulled the plug and purchased a home site unseen with her. She did a FaceTime walk-through of the property and was so thorough that I knew from the FaceTime call that this was the house for me. She held my hand through the entire process and always showed up to support me through my purchase. The realtor company that she works with had an amazing concierge department that helped me get all of my utilities, security system, etc. hooked up and made the process so easy for me. I can’t say enough good about her and Berkshire Hathaway. Amazing!

She showed me well over 75 different homes. She was very patient. Melissa is the agent you want. She is on top of it. Whatever home I wanted to see she had me scheduled and walking thru it no later than the next day. Every question or concern I had she had the answer.

Without her being so responsive and helpful throughout it would have been much more difficult to complete this purchase remotely!

Melissa happened to be the realtor and even though we were hours apart she took time to help me find a local realtor that was knowledgeable about my area instead of trying to hustle me. For that reason alone I would recommend Melissa.
